clean kicks is pleased to provide shoe cleaning and sole restoration services to you, subject to your compliance with and acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below. Your use of the sneaker treatment and sole restoration services indicates your agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. If you do not so agree to the aforementioned, you should inform us and cease using the service immediately.
clean kicks reserves the right to refuse to clean any shoes or restore any soles. We do not guarantee the removal of all stains. clean kicks is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items. The customer agrees not to leave any other items with clean kicks. We cannot hold unclaimed shoes for more than 30 days unless agreed upon. Beyond this period, unclaimed shoes will be donated to charity (per “donate kicks”) or sold by clean kicks (per “shop kicks”). All sales are final and all payments are non-refundable.
clean kicks will use reasonable efforts to maintain a high quality cleaning service. We accept no liability for damage due to normal cleaning of items without care instructions, and accept no liability for items treated in accordance with the care labels or other instructions provided. clean kicks is not responsible for sneaker materials bleeding (such as sueue dye) or otherwise changing as a result of normal sneaker treatment procedures. Precautions will be taken to alleviate these problems if possible. clean kicks denies any responsibility for lost or damaged items, should the claim be made more than 3 days after customer pick up or delivery.
Lost or Damaged Items Reimbursement Policy
Any reimbursement shall not exceed the lower amount of the following:
• 3 times our charge for shoe cleaning or sole restoration; regardless of brand or condition.
• With an original receipt and proof of payment, replacement value of the garment(s) as follows: 75% if purchased under 30 days, 50% from 31-120 days and 25% after 1 year of purchase.
• clean kicks is not liable for reimbursing new items purchased by the customer to replace lost or damaged items. We shall have no obligation to refund any amounts paid by the customer, but it may choose to do so in its sole and absolute discretion.
Due to how time consuming the Sneaker Treatment and/or ICE Sole Restoration process is, updates (including photos) on your shoes will not be given until they’re ready for pickup.
